Unfortunately the statistics suggest that only 8% of people will actually set goals and achieve them, so how can you be part of that 8%?
Here are three simple tips to get you started:
- Write your resolutions down and sign them – make them a commitment
- Identify a habit which you can start immediately which will help you achieve your top resolution – I am going to stop eating between meals except fresh fruit or vegetables like a carrot or satsuma as part of my weight and fitness resolution
- Set a milestone target on the way to your big goal that you can celebrate – I’ve got a pamper session as a Christmas present and I’ll book it when I have done 21 days of my new habit
